A timing chain is a important part of a engine, that synchronizes the rotation of the crankshaft and the camshafts so that the engine's valves open and close at the proper times during each cylinder's intake and exhaust strokes.

It should be replaced periodically or when rattling or stretched and can cause catastrophic damage to the engine if not replaced.

The timing chain kit includes Morse Chains (3), timing cover gasket set and replacement parts which typically would wear. This kit does not including variable cam timing gears, idler gears or crank gears.

The timing chain kits are manufactured to exacting standards by Nason, which had being supplying engine parts in Australia since 1927.
